Practice for perfection!

I'm taking Business English this semester, so I thought I would take this opportunity and write it all in English. Bear with me, please!

Since last time, the dark cloud of money hanging over me, has passed and disappeared. I passed the required score, and all is well. So far anyway...
It is now clear that the autumn is here to stay. Today has been quite warm, very windy and of course there has been rain!  The mixed weather makes it harder to dress for outdoors!
Now that the darkness comes much faster each day, all the more candles are burning in my home. The cosy feeling is one of the good things that autumn brings. That and the fact that winter is coming closer and closer. I really, really miss the childhood-winter. Where there actually was snow and cold weather! In those days Santa came by horse and sledge, now a day he comes in a goddamn car!!! What kind of feeling does that give? It doesn't give me a very Christmasy-feeling, that's for sure!

This is what I want!

Enough complaining!
Last Saturday, me and a friend went to see The Night of the Champions. I have never before seen boxing live. In fact, the only boxing I've seen is Rocky and other action-movies. Not the same, I can tell you now! The first couple of fights was with the tiny boxers, and it felt more like boys dancing around each other in the ring. But the fight between the women and the once after that was more like the real deal. Some of the heavy blows they took to the head was no fun to watch. I could actually both see and hear the strength of the punch...
Overall it was an experience and we had a fun evening!
The same week I was taking care of a friend's kitten. A freak of nature, if you ask me! So much energy in my small apartment... It was a tough challenge to my mental health!
Betty (which is the kittens name by the way) had the time of her life, as she for the most of it lured under the bed or the table. As soon as my leg were in perfect distance, she jump up and took a hold on to it. Not with the claws out, thank God! And of course she couldn't help her self when I was reaching out to her, to be nice and sweet. A quick attack and the tiny, tiny teeth were stabbing in to my hand! I only had myself to blame I guess...
That experience told me, what I already knew; I am not a future owner of a cat!! I'm sticking with dogs!
More has happened since the last time, but I don't feel like writing anymore. I'm tired and need my rest for tomorrow's lecture that starts at 8.15. No sleeping in tomorrow!

Have a great week and take care!
